Agree or Disagree Showdown

Objective: The goal of the game is to express opinions and provide reasons in a fun and interactive way.

Materials:

1. Game cards with statements or opinions (Free Resource)
2. Agree and Disagree cards (or small boards with “Agree” and “Disagree” written on them) (Free Resource)
3. Timer
4. Tokens or game pieces for each player
5. Board of your choice (Free resource)

Setup:

1. Shuffle the game cards and place them face down.
2. Each player chooses a token and places it on the starting point of the board.
3. Place the Agree and Disagree cards in the center, within reach of all players.
4. Decide who goes first.

Gameplay:

1. The first player draws a game card and reads the statement or opinion out loud.
2. The player then has a set amount of time (e.g., 30 seconds) to express whether they agree or disagree with the statement and provide at least one reason for their opinion.
3. Other players can choose to agree or disagree by holding up the corresponding cards.
4. After the timer runs out or all players have expressed their opinions, the player who drew the card reveals their answer and provides additional reasoning if needed.
5. Players who guessed correctly move their tokens forward on the game board. Incorrect guesses stay in the same spot.
6. Rotate turns, and continue the game until a player reaches the finish line or a set number of rounds are completed.

Winning: The player who reaches the finish line first or has the most points (correctly guessing opinions and providing reasons) wins the Agree or Disagree Showdown!
